About Me
Artist Statement
Through my art, I aim to push the boundaries of technology, both old and new, with pieces that connect with the common feelings and thoughts people experience in their daily lives. I want work that is relatable to some degree, that also feels uniquely my own. Through audio and visuals, I aim to engage the audience's multiple senses, providing them with multiple ways to truly connect with the work. Visuals can be in the form of 3D modeling, coding, filmmaking and editing, Photoshop, and other Adobe Create suite tools, as well as more analog methods. This is why I also enjoy making my works have physical aspects as well. I’ve also been interested in printmaking and more physical sculptural works as well, and I would like to find ways to converge these different methods to develop a new form of art.
With stunning visuals and a style that's both expressive and thought-provoking, their art captivates viewers from the moment they step into the gallery.
Their creations aren't just seen—they're experienced, merging striking imagery with profound themes. Each piece resonates on a personal level, while their exceptional craftsmanship elevates every detail.

Artist Bio:
Growing up in a small town in Texas surrounded by non-diverse people and ideas, I have often tried to expand beyond the narrow walls. I like to use sounds and visuals to connect to the minds and bodies of others. I had a deep passion for animation that has since spread to more visual video and audio artworks. I believed UNT would be the best place for me by opening myself to diversity. I also found myself interested in further developing techniques surrounding the evolving technology, which is where I found New Media Art as an outlet. Additionally, I’ve expanded my skills and opportunities through the addition of minors in computer science and art history. Through computer science, I hope to learn more about our current technology and coding skills that could be further pushed in the art realm. The art history background has shown me the past and present of art that I hope to use to create art of the future.
My goal is to develop works that I’m proud of and that can inspire other people to combine technology and art. Additionally, I plan to do an art residency and develop my skills by looking for opportunities outside of my country. I also love connecting with other cultures and would enjoy being inspired through abroad trips to expand my art theme and works.
